Since paying to upgrade my membership, I cannot see the majority of the photos of members that are sent to me either as possible matches or through my searches. This make the use of this web site frustratingly useless and makes me regret spending money and becoming a member.
Why is this happening? Can you sort this out urgently please? |

if it says ask for photo where picture should be they have none
if it says username's photo it did not load properly confirm connection or if using an app or mobile site then try full site |

Tell me about it!!, I have been trying forever to upload photos of myself. It keeps defaulting to what you see. I complain.. and get the same ole reply.. " Trust us, you are better off with the default!, now shut up and get in line!!!" |

greeneyes are you using one of the apps or the mobile site?
if yes try it from the full site the apps and mobile sites are know to get glitchy if that doesn't help then your pics don't meet site requirements jpeg etc that is listed right at the top of help forum |
