Most of the time I read research objectively...both sides. Occasionally I catch myself leaning more with research that backs my cause. Part of the problem in the world too I believe. We don't always weigh the facts, we find which support our theories or beliefs and run with that bit of info.

Just in from being out.. a balmy 11° with a stiff north wind, flurries.. You could freeze a digit off out there if you're not careful.

It's pretty cold here too Stu, only around 12 degrees. It's expected to be up in the 60's in Denver by Monday, so somewhere in the 40's here.

Got together with my former roommate and another couple for breakfast. I was invited to Winter Park for snow shoeing but at the time, my stomach still was flip flopping, so another day perhaps. My former roommate passed on going too, and we walked back to the dorm together. Had a really nice conversation.

I'm actually feeling pretty good now, lots of positive energy flowing through me. I will hold off on the spiritual walk up the mountain for now though.

Horse back riding sounds like a good idea, I'll go see the horses and maybe there will be an opening for a ride this afternoon.

Snowshoeing is definitely my thing

Went out and lost track of time while I was wondering through the woods. Just about missed lunch. It was pretty cool, and so much more enjoyable for me than the cross country skiing attempt.
