Yes, have for a while. I was rethinking it after the last hurricane, but my feet are frozen just from walking the dog. Figure if I buy a mobile home, I can just leave when I have/want to. Really want to do some inland fresh water fishing there.

Central Florida would be a good spot for that. Land is fairly cheap and you can usually something with a mobile home on it.

It's either that, or live on a houseboat here. Just has to be an aluminum or fiberglass hull.

A lot of houseboats got destroyed or relocated with Irma. Warmer weather would be nice for you, but it gets pretty darn humid and damp there too.

A lot of houseboats got destroyed or relocated with Irma. Warmer weather would be nice for you, but it gets pretty darn humid and damp there too. I'm pretty used to humid. I gets pretty bad here in summer. When it's near 100 and 70% humidity, you're damp sitting in the shade.

There were a few boats that stayed in the water, but they knew good secure places in the mangroves to put it. I'm sure you'll figure it out. There's a lot of options.
