When you turn thirty, a whole new thing happens..One of my friends said that One of the great things about turning 30 is figuring out how to dress comfortably and still look good. Turning 30 was really big for me. I remember the day I turned thirty. I was getting out of the shower and I stood in front of the mirror and stared at myself for a long time. I kept on staring at myself and appreciated the fact that we get more matured capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding of our inner & outer self as we get old like a wine.. I also assumed that this was how I was going to look for the rest of my life. The way I saw it, I was never going to age deep inside of myself; I’d just look up one day and be old. I can get really stuck on I don't like this or that about myself. I've found that the only thing that breaks that for me is being able to spend time alone, going to the movies by myself or going to art museums alone. I do that a lot. I've discovered the importance of even 15 or 30 minutes a day where it is just me. It's really something for people who are approaching 30 to take a look at what that means to them. I think turning 30+ is a chance to re-identify with yourself.

What are your insights of your 30+ and 40+.. Share you thoughts please.
