As many of you know I've been here a while and I'm not crude or impolite (unless someone is rude to me first) and I've explained this before.
Before I knew anything about this site; a gf was filling out the profile stuff for me and I admit I wasn't watching to close and honestly she and I had just had an "intimate encounter", she's the one that signed me up as > ivegotthegirth <. She thought it was a great idea, after a couple of years and 3000 + posts I'm not changing it now. I am outspoken and make no apologies for who I am............

I think I would be slightly put off if someone I was "just intimate with" ran over to the computer to sign me up for a dating site I was "slightly put off" but as I said at the time I thought this site was just another hookup site. Also I'm not the guy to make a big issue out of this sort of thing, actions speak louder than words as they say and any of the ladies here whose opinions I care about and respect know by now that I'm a nice guy. You she as I said once again I don't apologize for who I am, I don't pull punches and I don't lie. It does seem odd to me idiabetic1 that you've been here 10 years and have no photo. I will admit to being a dinosaur who does NOT live in a virtual world which brings me to any of the guys here that have any issue with me; if this was the real world and we weren't separated by hundreds or thousands of miles I would invite any of you to settle your issues with me the way we once did and the way I grew up, outside just the two of us and hey, may the better man win. I'll be 64 in less than two weeks and I'd still make that offer. |

I'm sorry to have used the term "just intimate with" I just made it as PC as possible for the easily offended / narrow minded. There was no "running over to the computer", it was my open laptop about 6 feet away on the desk in my bedroom. I had already begun filling out the info when she arrived, we did what we did and IIRC had a short nap and then IT happened, I think I was in the kitchen getting Cokes. |
