well,there is a thread about HOT DOGS,but has anybody else in here ever eaten a GENUINE pittsburg hot link??
[not those red colored sorry excuses for a hot link that they sell to yankees,and people who dont know what a REAL hot link is supposed to be like!!]

they come in a chain of little connected links,and swell up with grease so much when you cook them that they will actually EXPLODE from all of the grease in them!!
[we call them 'greasebombs'!!!] lol

but,once you cook all of the grease out of them,they are AWESOME!!!!!

besides jusy being good to eat on by themselves,or on a bun/bread,i also take them apart,and use the insides to stuff mushrooms,and jalapeno peppers with,and have even used it to add to my dressing on thanksgiving for extra flavor.

they come from pittsburg, TEXAS [not pennsylvania],down here just a few miles from where i live,so they mihght just be a local thing,but if you ever get a chance to eat one,take it!!!
