Oh, I don't know. The medical clinic will not be open until tomorrow. I don't think so. I think it's just twisted or a sprain.

Feeling better love bug? I was able to hobble around this morning, but I'm icing it now. There's no bruising or major swelling so I don't think it's anything major. I told my boss I didn't want to go to the clinic, they will tell me I twisted my foot, to keep it elevated, ice it... maybe wrap it, and charge me $150. I don't know though, I might go after lunch. Thanks for asking

If you feel very pain when you step on it, I think you should definitely go to the doctor. you should at least take an X-ray. Hi River

Hi Sahin I went to the doctor. It is just a pulled tendon, muscle. It's still painful but should be better in a few days.

Yes, I have both. A guest that just left gave me some ointment she gets from India to put on it. It seems to be helping. It is like icy hot, only all natural ingredients.
