It's debatable, that's for sure
 Had my clinical massage today. No wonder I've been in so much pain. Most if not all my pain is directly related to major knots all over my body. I have to get another massage in two weeks and at least one more two weeks after that. Preferably with a therapist at a Chiropractors office. She had a really hard time getting my muscles to loosen up. After working on my arms, my fingers started tingling like crazy and I could feel the tips again... My circulation was being cut off from the knotted muscles. Therapists recommendation... Spoil myself with frequent massages, frequent warm epsom salt baths, and begin stretching exercises. How's everyone's day? |
