I have a hot pot, that's allowed, so maybe I can find some espresso singles.

Morning KitKat and Eric It was a lot of fun. It was more of a restaurant/bar than a night club. No dance floor... but I had a really good time. The other lady who's single is 10 years older than me, what a trip she is. We had fun checking out the place for potential single men The only one's that appeared to be single were sitting at the bar Oh well, we'll be going to other events... there's still hope!

Sounds fun! Next time... Go up to the bar and ask for a refill (even if you just get water) while you're waiting say hello and comment you wished they had a dance floor.... Ask if he knows any places close by that does. Good practice and you might find a new place with more possibilities

Well if I had saw you sitting there Eric, I would have made an exception. That place would probably have been fine. I guess it depends on the establishment. Being more of a restaurant and have live music, I can see why someone who was by themselves would sit there.

And unless he's obviously drunk and hammering back shots.... It's possible he's just a lonely guy who's trying to get out and maybe meet someone and you just might make his night by chatting with him!
