| Topic: How do I confine replies from women to those in my area? | |

I don't want be insensitive to those seeking relationships without borders, but I've specifically noted in my profile that if you are not from my state
(Massachusetts) or local to my town (Norton) that a connection probably would not work, but I continue to get 98% of replies from women out of state and even out of the country. Is there a way to turn-off replies from those living out of the country? Please advise. Mike |

Hi Mike, I don't think you can filter your mail, but you are exactly right. I just got on here a few days ago and have realized most people just want your text # for what ever reason, but people here say you actually have to go to the community board to meet the real people (seem like it would be hard to get a date through it though) but I'll keep my options open. Just some stuff I I've learned so far... Good luck Mike.

You can set the limits to who can message you in your settings. It might be under the full site or pc mode. There you can set it for age, distance, etc.
Most treat this site as a social ste more than a date site. |

However, many of the "ladies" showing up as from your city, are fakes. Many will "admit" that they are elsewhere right now due to some mishap, and will ask for money to "help them get back". Others just out right ask for online gift cards, and they are obviously from other countries. Those that ask for your cell #, will run you through some verification service, that I think they receive payment to promote. In the end, 90% of the "girls" here are to get money out of guys. This place is infested. I am out of here. Its mostly a waste of time. |

I just found out , you can change your settings all the way down to 50 miles, and the age bracket on your email. just go to the bottom of your email page and adjust it.
