How can you look up to see who you have sent messages to?I don't want to send a message twice.

Useually your message folder will have your messages and their responses in the same place. (If they respond in my case.
 ) it's kinda like a running dialog.
Unless the message is deleted by server because of age. Then there is no way to recover it. |

i don't know about the apps but on the full site at the very bottom of their profile there is a list of your history. when you viewed and when you or they messaged
|

On the mobile web page that is at thd bottom of your home page. And not on their profile page. I believe the app is similar. It's been a while since i had thd app installed.
