Hello,
My mail box shows one unread message but I have none so far and I have faced the problem before and I would like if someone in the admin or backend could fix it. I would be really grateful.

Thank.

You are absolutely right and it happened to me many a times as well, well I also had to write in Help section to get it resolved and it is resolved now even.
So, thanks to whoever did it. Have a great day :)

Talking about mail and emails. Mingle used to send emails (to your private email address you used for all your emails) to you if there were any emails for you to read in your inbox on Mingle and now this has stopped. When I have logged into my Mingle accounts there are emails there for me to read. I have sent this query into support and three times they have sent me a message saying they can't understand my message to them. Anyone here had the same problem???

They still send it, IF you have your settings set:

Thank you for your reply. I have checked my settings and they are set correctly to receive notifications, so I have reset them again to see if I get the notifications.

Thank you for your reply. I have checked my settings and they are set correctly to receive notifications, so I have reset them again to see if I get the notifications.

Most people find them in their SPAM or JUNK folders
at which point you need to add the address to your
contacts so it can avoid that.

This is what I put in MY contacts so M2 mail does not
end up in the Junk file:

no-reply@email.social1.mingle.com

which expresses acceptance of any notification
from Mingle2.

Is this the address list in your own private email account?? When I had the three replies from support they went into my Junk box. But when I logged into Mingle there were letters waiting for me to read from my friends but these did not go into my Junk box.

It is the contact address that allows M2 mail
to arrive at your outside mailbox.

It really does sound like you need to place the address
in your contacts so M2 mail is NOT sent to your Junk folder.

You need to contact Support as they can deal with technical issues.
