Biden Leads Trump by 'Landslide' in Latest Quinnipiac Poll

"Former Vice President Joe Biden is pummeling President Donald Trump by “a landslide,” according to a recent national poll.

Biden leads Trump, 53% to 40%, in a one-on-one matchup, according to the poll released by Quinnipiac University Tuesday. Biden’s double-digit lead is spurred by a gender gap. Among potential women voters, Biden has a substantial lead, 60% to 34%, while among men, Biden has a narrow lead on Trump, 47% to 46%.

While Trump also lags behind five other Democratic presidential candidates in the same poll, it’s Biden’s 13% lead that jumps out, said Tim Malloy, the Quinnipiac poll’s assistant director".

This is nothing but trying to make something out of nothing.

Joe Biden tells 13-year-old's brothers to 'keep the guys away from your sister'

"Joe Biden faced criticism after telling a teenage girl’s brothers to “keep the guys away from your sister".

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/joe-biden-girl-comments-iowa-2020-election-democrats-teenager-a8956001.html

What older brother doesn't watch after his sister when she is dating? We all know how some young boys and older men can be. My dad and three of my uncles told me to watch after my sister. It's really very simple. Boy/men can be too pushy at times.

I can remember one young man that I warned my then 18-year-old sister about. She dated him anyway. And when he tried something like I knew he would, she was expecting it. When I got my hands on him he got just exactly what I told him he would get if he tried anything with my sister.

That's what brothers that love their sisters do. So, for them to try to use this as something they can hold over Biden, it's not going to work. He told those boys to be like what an older brother is supposed to be. I see where Biden is a little too touchy-feely sometimes. He needs to get a grip on that. But this, this is reaching. It's reaching way out.

It's almost desperation. Just looking for anything. No matter how insignificant it may be. Try to make something out of nothing. It rings of trying to make it a bad or creepy thing to watch out for the sister that you love and try to keep her safe. Again, that's what brothers with a young sister do.

I read that from a couple of sources. What would make the most sense? At age 70, no taxes owed, up to, oh, to $100k. That way, those who are still capable of earning a living, can do so. And still receive their retirement benefits at age 70. No penalties, no nothing. Keep every penny that you earn after age 70.

That would never fly with the dems. Better question- how many do continue to work on a cash basis, and don't report? Loads! The government has been screwing them over for years. Why not take advantage of the underground economy that never shows up on anybodies books? Screw the government instead.

OK, but I hope you do realize if that could be, the Republican-controlled Senate would all be gone come to the next election. Trump and the Republican party have done more to hurt the deficit than any before them. Besides Bush maybe. He was bad. But not quite as bad as Trump's swamp.

US Debt by President by Dollar and Percent

"What's the best way to determine how much each president has contributed to our nation's $22 trillion in U.S. debt? The most popular method involves comparing the debt level from when a president enters office to the debt level when he leaves".

http://www.thebalance.com/us-debt-by-president-by-dollar-and-percent-3306296

The US national debt just pushed past $22 trillion — here's how Trump's $2 trillion in debt compares with Obama, Bush, and Clinton

"The US national debt passed $22 trillion on February 11, the first time the federal debt had breached that threshold.

The landmark came just over two years after President Donald Trump, who once promised to eliminate the federal debt in eight years, took over the Oval Office.

But compared with some other recent presidents', Trump's debt accumulation is not as stunning as it first appears".

"One important difference between Trump's debt figures and Obama's is that Trump has added a massive amount of debt while the US economy has been strong, whereas Obama took over during the depths of the financial crisis.

Economists typically recommend that the federal government increase spending, and thus add more debt, during times of economic struggles and then pay down that debt when the economy recovers. So while economic theory would support Obama's spending to help support the economy, Trump's recent debt binge has less support among economists".

I believe in our system of government, the House must initiate any spending. The Senate then adjusts or confirms the House spending plan. If the Senate changes the spending, it must again go through the House for approval. After Congress has passed a spending bill, then the President has the option of signing it or returning it to Congress. The President and administration create their version of a budget but have no authority to initiate any spending legislation.

When you want to talk about deficits and federal spending, the House is the place to look. The 2020 government spending starts in the hands of Pelosi and the Democrat controlled committees of the House.

2020 Vision: The Democratic debate stage is set — both of them

"On Thursday, the Democratic National Committee named the 20 participants for the first debates of the 2020 primary, set to occur in Miami the nights of June 26 and 27. The DNC had laid out criteria in January for qualifying: At least 1 percent in three approved polls (either national or of early states) and/or 65,000 donors, with candidates who hit both marks securing a spot".

Trump isn't afraid of Elizabeth Warren. But he should be.

"The Massachusetts senator, whose presidential campaign almost self-destructed before it began over her clumsy use of DNA testing in a pointless argument about whether she is descended from Native Americans, has picked herself up and fought her way into third place, or a third-place tie, or a close fourth, among Democrats in recent polls. This was as unexpected as the simultaneous rise into serious contention of Pete Buttigieg, an unknown Midwestern mayor in a same-sex marriage. Warren is a tenacious campaigner but an inexperienced candidate who got rattled by Donald Trump’s “Pocahontas” gibes; she has a compelling personal narrative as a child of the working class who rose to Harvard and the U.S. Senate, but she can’t seem to sell it convincingly to voters; her attempts to project homeyness come off as forced and self-conscious. She has risen by her own tenacity, a detailed and coherent set of policy ideas, and her uncanny ability to persuasively explain and defend them to voters".

'It's a bunch of malarkey': Biden blasts Trump for stirring racial tensions

"WASHINGTON — Former Vice President Joe Biden told an anti-poverty gathering Monday that President Trump has pitted racial groups against one another, but he pushed back against criticism of his calls for bipartisan compromise.

Biden, who is running for president in 2020, appeared at an event hosted by the Poor People’s Campaign and was the first of nine Democratic presidential candidates to field questions from the group’s organizers and some attendees".

Biden not apologizing for remarks on segregationist senators

"Joe Biden refused calls to apologize Wednesday for saying that the Senate "got things done" with "civility" even when the body included segregationists with whom he disagreed.

His rivals for the Democratic presidential nomination, including the two major black candidates in the contest, roundly criticized Biden's comments. But Biden didn't back down and was particularly defiant in the face of criticism from New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker, who said the former vice president should apologize for his remarks".

Poll: What do Democrats want to hear about at the debates? (Hint: It's not Trump.)

"Democratic voters will be paying close attention to the opening candidate debates next week, and they have strong views about what they want to be discussed.

Hint: It's not Donald Trump.

Health care, immigration, the economy, climate change, education, and taxes top the list of issues Democrats told a USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll they want to hear about during the two-night, 20-candidate debate marathon in Miami. President Trump, including efforts to get him out of the White House, ranked eighth in responses to the open-ended question, named by just 4%. Fewer than 1% cited "election interference".

Prosecute Trump for what Russian Collusion..LOL..and they're not going to talk about Trump ..how much ya want to bet... as if they can just turn off their incessant whining and bytching and sore azz loser crying like they have been doing ever since Trump was elected..no way ..I gotta see this..of course watching them speak will cost me quite a few brain cells ..Are they going to talk about how they keep putting traitors in office..as far as healthcare are they going to talk about how their fearless traitorous leader Obama promised we could keep our doctors and lied..immigration are they going to talk about how they're handing out our money to ILLEGALS and putting everyone at risk for sickness and death because they want open borders..

..and climate change are they going to talk about all those nano particulates the government is putting in our atmosphere known as chemtrails to combat climate change..I wonder what's in that schitt..are they going to talk about how the DNC rigged the election in 2016 for a TRAITOR..and then tried to frame a duly elected president..maybe they will just sit around and stuff their faces with greasey KFC as they wait their turn to bore us to death..maybe that's it their big covert plan..they will overdose the republicans with so much boring stupid BS we'll kill over...

I mean if these idiots were serious about climate change maybe they should quit spraying our skies with nano particulates ..or cap off Fukushima..maybe they should do something about all the ILLEGALS that we're having to support..maybe our tax dollars should go to our health care rather than flying our money over to Iran like Obama did or handing it out to people who shouldn't be in our country or the unvetted muslims that their democratic leader Obama smuggled into our country..or take that money that Killary another democrat traitor took for selling our uranium or the billions in bad trade deals they made for us that we've been losing year after year..that surely would help to bring down the price of health care or the money we wasted on the witch hunt bogus investigation..

. or maybe they will talk about how they are going to give reparations to all the fanilies of the soldiers who were either injured or killed in all those false narrative wars that Obama and Bush both democrats had us in ..so whatta ya think..do ya think they will talk about this..or just bore us to tears in hopes that their incessant drivel will drive us to "Arkancide" ourselves..spock

Candidates reveal their — very slightly — embarrassing moments to the Times

"Presidential candidates are thrown all sorts of hardball questions about their positions, policies, and past. In a recent set of video interviews, the New York Times had tough questions for 21 Democratic presidential candidates, but one was fairly innocent: When was the last time you were embarrassed?"

This poll asked voters to create their perfect candidate. Democrats picked an older white guy

"Diversity is taking a back seat to Democrats’ desire to dump Trump.

The 2020 presidential candidate field is well stocked with women, people of color and millennials, but a majority of voters who said they expected to cast ballots in a Democratic primary thought that candidates who were white, middle-aged and male would be the party’s best bet for defeating President Trump".
