Would it be wrong for an American, like myself, to want to date a Latin/Hispanic woman, not just for friendship, but to learn about the Latin way of life?

Specifically, if I had an "ultimate goal" of bringing Latin Nations, LEGALLY into state-hood, in the United States?

Is it wrong to want to use dating services, to learn more about people, and to encourage the United States to evolve, by adding new states?

Maybe.
Do you plan on going down to an immigration office and kidnapping someone, keeping them in a cage in your basement, pretending you're married, and interrogating them on the latin way of life?

Or are you just going to pursue latin women and pay attention to their life?

Specifically, if I had an "ultimate goal" of bringing Latin Nations, LEGALLY into state-hood, in the United States?

Just through dating?
Or is there some weird clause in the constitution whereby you marry a leader of a Latin Nation and that somehow grants the entire nation statehood?

Is it wrong to want to use dating services, to learn more about people, and to encourage the United States to evolve, by adding new states?

Why would it be wrong?
Do you imagine being in a relationship with a woman and one day she says "OMG! You monster! You only dated me because you wanted to learn about my life and get my nation statehood in your country?! I feel so used!"
Are you afraid of some kind of "yo tambien" movement where latin women start sharing stories about how they were used by men wanting to learn about latin life and add their country to the U.S.?
Are you expecting a knock at the door from men in suits serving a warrant for dating latin women?
Are you expecting a lot of gossip from your neighbors about your playing women to evolve the u.s.?
