I think your thinking is flawed .. if you do not know someone's sexual history (as often happens with one night stands ) your chances of being infected with an std remains a risk . As for professional sex .. some are very savvy about keeping themselves safe and healthy ...others don't have a clue . ..
whether you pay for sex or have one night stands ... You do so accepting the risks you take with your sexual health .. ...

For one night stand you have to pay for something anyway - dinner, movie, coffee, hotel room...
in most cases one night stand way more expensive and way more disappointed...
in most cases paid sex ugly, emotionless and unpleasant no matter what you pay for it.
