I accidentally set up my account under an email address that doesn't exist and it is tied to my work so I have to get it changed. I tried to open one again under the correct address and now I have 2 profiles. I have to get them combined to the 2nd one I opened. It will not let me change the wrong one because the other one exist. I need to put everything ( my profile and mail ) that is on ***********.com on to the email address that is *******@gmail.com Could someone please tell me how to do this or have the IT dept do it for me.

Sorry accounts can not be combined.. You will need to deactivate the account you no longer want and use the one you want to now...

If you leave two accounts open you may end up with both accounts banned.. So please make sure you deactivate the account you no longer want...
