one cup will keep you awake better than 5 cups of tea so less trips to the bathroom

Eric, he seems to like tea. I drank very tea and coffee while i was a student in fakulte. So i reduced the drinking the coffee. even so i drink 1-2 the cup of the coffee diary.

i see, you do not really want to stay awake at work "being over ultra awake at work" I think this isn't a good idea.
