A different profile photo, face only photo, and smile. The facial expression and smile from the 2nd would be good, so something like that.

Add more text, like Delightful said. What are you like, what are you looking for etc. Doesn't have to be a novel, just a bit more.
And personally I'd remove the bit on "so you strong guys help me". I think that will attract men you wouldn't want.
I also wouldn't mention "I'm new to online dating" in my profile. None of their business. Just present who you are, what you like, what you're looking for. Whether you've been online for an hour or 6 years doesn't matter.
