I understand that there are certain guidelines to follow. but Im confused. Yes it says that a pic posted has to show the face. Whats the difference between showing just a blank where it says ask for a photo or just having a random picture of anything but a face pic. For example a a car picture. To me theres no difference and if this is the case why doesnt Mingle2 have a policy of one "Must" have a facial picture. Its like apples and oranges.. Doesnt make any sense to me...

The guideline is that YOU must be in the pic with your face shown. If people are shy then that's their prerogative not to have their pic on display. Where's the confusion?

Mingle would then have to be involved as to what random pics were and were not acceptable , more work ,more sifting
