You look at a profile, no matter where they live or their age. Then you get an email back from them withing around 5 minutes say they would like to meet up.

The site is a International Site they can not control who signs up or what intentions they have..
When you come across those that you feel are here for not the right intentions Report them and let Upper Admin deal with them.. They do look at all Reports..
