For better or worse, Americans and the World are tied to Trump till 2024.
So to find out how well we know him from previous years here's the Q.

Predict 1 to 5 things Trump will say in SOU 2020

It has to be something more specific than obvious.

For example you cannot say,

State of Economy & Employed Americans – highest in 50 years

Or,
Trade Agreement with China – No more IP thefts

Or even the recent,
Mexico-America-Canada – Landmark Trade Agreement

These are already said and done - unless you have a specific add on.

I am interested in what he has to say on Iran, Afghanistan and North Korea
but I admit, I have no idea

- We have just today to go. Let's give it a shot, okay?

My bet is Trump will mention 'Elon Musk'

As part of the Trump Immigration policy: "America has been a Nation where geniuses thrive; my administration will give new technology companies a tax break!"

On the newly formed Space Force he will say,

"America is committed to world peace. We have stood as a shield for our allies and now with the Space Force, we have taken a giant step. To our enemies I say, 'We are watching you'"

Trump is predictable!

Trump continues on Iran and N. Korea:

"There's enough nuclear bombs to blow this planet fifty times over. My administration is committed to not to allow this risk to increase.

I want to make it very clear to Iran that the sanctions will be lifted when we have a deal that ensures beyond any shadow of doubt that Iran will not build any nuclear weapons".

Ha, ha, a school child can predict his lines.

This thread is now over 3 hours old and no takers!!

So rubbing it in - on Impeachment
(with the Senate decision the day after)

"I see the bright side .. the silver lining ..

Americans have forgotten whether they are white, black or brown
We are less divided by whether we are Christians, Jews, Muslims or Hindus,
these things no longer matter

All we now see is in Red or Blue
It is time to see beyond these colors to real issues facing us, and facing our children

Impeachment maybe forgiven but not forgotten

Unless, we take a fresh bipartisan approach

God Bless America !"

(whew, an SOU under Impeachment; Pelosi's ultimate curve ball!)

Trump will more than likely speak on the
state of the economy.

Certainly. But the quiz requires specifics

For example ..,

is he going to promise / forecast a much higher growth with

UK, USMCA Agreement, US China deal

or fragment it down to: US farmers will have to think big to fill the new demand?
(which we have heard already in news)

Specifics?

Definitely the trade agreements.
More stability, with a broader potential for growth
across the board.

The impeachment will no doubt come up.
Most likely in the humor segment. With
references to various members of the house and
senate.

Honestly, did anyone expect Nancy Pelosi to year up Trump's speech?

I do not expect much from SOU's in general.

There are so many issues to nitpick from to find the ones that can be spun as positive and attributed to the POTUS who speaks, as if everything is perfect.

And always the token two or three individuals who have had something positive happen FOR THEM and been invited to the SOU to exemplify the wonderful things whatever POTUS is doing.

I do not expect much from Trump but

blah blah blah, I am the best , blah blah blah, no one knows more than me, blah blah blah, no one has done more than me, blah blah blah, only believe me , blah blah blah .... blah blah blah, childish jab at someone or something

I also have grown to actually feel ill when I hear Trump speaking. Hence, I did not watch. I could not help to hear some from the other room where it was on though.

Didn't expect this from Pelosi, a pillar.
Now it seems like a gender thing.

I asked whether in similar circumstances a male democrat / republican would do the same? Or whether they believed in 'due process'?

Answer seems to be that men have to be power drunk and below 40 to do so a evinced by India's leading light in the Opposition party.

Rahul Gandhi is our paper tear-er in India.

Or, if we want to deepen our well of hate,
His mother is Italian

Public interpretations can be:

Pelosi has put Democrat Woman Candidate at risk of being labeled by the same brush 'unstable'. There's a saying, 'never fire in anger'.

P has no idea what 'Speaker' means- The moderator of the House is responsible to receive Bills for consideration by the House.

P has also put America at risk. For Iran it confirms, wait out till Trump's term is over.

Billions of dollars in defense - jinxed.

Pelosi's behavior, was that of a retarded third
grader, who didn't get the princess tiara she
wanted.

Seems like she was trying to fight fire with fire. Trump is NOT exactly the poster boy for stability.

Two wrongs don't make a right but...
comes to the house invited and refuses to shake her hand, so adult.

All this fuss about a copy of a speech and no it's not a gender thing, not sure what that means.

I agree. I just smh head at the hypocrisy of people who support Trump, but then speak get upset about how other people 'behave' or carry themselves. (It especially is sad when the expectation for them is higher for a celebrity or athlete than their POTUS).

I believe politicians should carry themselves with maturity and integrity, but then that does not necessarily win elections anymore.

Two wrongs ...

Seemed more like a gun shot in response to a slap!

I think it's high time we let go 'character assassination' of Trump supporters or 'impeachment'. These are dead topics. Why carry them around like dead corpses on our shoulders?

We can agree to disagree sir, imo the hand shake snub in the people's house is much worse.

We are allowed our opinion ofc, have a nice day.
