no it wont be pay 2 play, only wow n its expansions r i read an interview with rob pardo saying how starcraft 2 will "revitalize" battlenet which right now only has diablo 2, warcraft 3 n starcraft

I've been waiting for ages for 2. It looks incredible.

I still play the original online.
I can't wait for SC2. SC has been my favorite game for years.

In my experience blizzard doesn't make bad games. Worst case scenario is I don't love it and I only play it for like a month hehe.

i have never played a bad blizzard game, warcrafts 1 n 2 r primitive but fun same with the diablo 1, even their snes superman beatemup was cool

:-P I can't wait, either. I've recently started playing the original SC on-line again and I can't believe how much I've missed it. I haven't played Brood War as much, but I never did like the expansion much except for the campaign.

And yeah, it won't be pay-to-play. That's only for WoW because it's an MMORPG and they have to. Making SC2 pay2play would be the worst idea ever because they wouldn't get much money out of it: everyone would just go back to SC1. ;-)

I love SC so much that my avatar's name in Second Life is Zeratul. :-P
