Topic: Beany Bean soup

Ingredients:

1 can of great northern beans
1 can of light kidney beans
1 can of dark kidney beans
1 can of navy beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of black-eyed peas (drained)
1 can of butter beans (drained)
1 can of cut wax beans (drained)
1 can of cut green beans (drained)
1.5 lbs of ground beef
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1-2 cans of mushroom buttons (drained)
4-6 links of itallian sausage

Combine the can goods into a large sauce or stew pan.
Add 1 cup of water. Let simmer on low.
Flatten down the ground beef and season to taste. Cook
the ground beef until it can be cut into 1 inch squares.
Drain and add to the pot.
Cook the itallian sausage and season to taste. Drain off
grease and cut into 1 inch chunks and add to the pot.
Cover and cook until hot. You add water if it gets too
thick.

Great with corn bread.
