If you worked for say Johnson & Johnson or Procter & Gamble, how would you make Human Conditioner and where would you apply it.

I started the formula with
1 part empathy
1 whole cup of manners and
A dash of spacial awareness
applied to lips daily
To say kind things around people who need to hear it
But I am stuck mid formula. I need suggestions!!!
Between me and you...pssst, I'm not going to work for,Either of those companies. One,sounds like a couple of Richards. The other like they are playing a high stakes game with my backside.
