Sorry get a better photo. Ladies want to see a guys full face not covered by sunglasses and hats. To some women it means your hiding something. Also we like to read a full profile

This guys profile is complete he's got a lot of pictures and he looks happy enough better than a lot of other peoples incomplete profiles

Your profile is more like a resume. All it tells us is your work qualifications. Not what I’d be interested in on a dating site. I’d be more interested in what type of person you are rather than your qualifications.
