The one who wrote this psalm knew that God treated his people in a special way, that this people was the chosen one. They were the only people to whom God gave "his word", as well as "his decrees and judgments." Today, only God's people have been entrusted with the great honor of bearing His name. Knowing Jehovah and applying the counsel from his Word in our lives helps us to be close friends with him. Like the author of Psalm 147, we have many reasons to praise Jehovah.

If God has a chosen people what about the rest, how does God thinks of them?

To tdion:

If your child does not obey you, indulges, do you stop loving him? Not! You may be angry, but you still love him.

So is God.
He loves all people, we are all his creations.
But if people do not obey, do not believe in God, live as they want, do not appreciate what the Father has done for them ... God is angry.
But he still loves people. And it gives everyone the opportunity to come to him.

This is why preaching is going on all over the earth. So that people learn about God and his Son, become members of his chosen people, exercise faith in him and in Jesus.

And one must believe not in a faceless power, but in a living and real God. After all, if people cannot see God, this does not mean that he does not exist!
Hebrews 11: 6

Well, who doesn't want to come to God while there is time?
You yourself know what awaits them.

We are all his creation but he does not love all. He has a chosen people and those are the ones he loves. Didn't he kill the Egyptians to save his people? Were was his love for them?

Make sure you tell the whole story here. The egyptian pharoah had a HARD HEART. He was tested with several plagues but remained hardened.

There is lots of Christianity in here. That clouds correct thinking. When we deal with truth, we must lean on the Holy Bible. The prophet [Isaiah 28, 9-10] explains that we must start with the milk like a new born baby and then with the meat, after we grasp the basics. Using biblical words with a Christian mindset leads to confusion and wrong interpretation. Biblical Words such as sin, holy ghost, spirit, death, soul, resurrection, heaven and hell have different meanings from what we have learned.

For instance: When we read "All Nations" it often means something different from what we believe or have been taught. When Christ commanded his disciples to go into "All nations", and preach the gospel, he ment the jews only, because they were scattered into all nations, and were foreigners in these lands.

Also, we actually have two Gospels namely Christianity and the Holy Bible. Christianity is based on the Catechism of Rome, and the Holy Bible is the book of God. The one is man made and the other is from the creator himself. The bible tells us, We must trust in God rather then men.

Neighbor, I’ve never heard anyone say some of these things before. I’ll have to beg your pardon, first of all, for being a few months late to this conversation, but I seem to have some time on my hands now and I’m just sitting at home, looking for someone to talk to. It seems kind of nice, even though my fingers are doing the talking and you might never read this.

But be as it may, I just wanted to tell you that I find myself rather perplexed by some of these statements of yours. To be perfectly forthright with you, I feel kind of sad for you, that you would think that Jesus didn’t want the gospel to be preached to you. I think if I was able to make myself believe something like that, well, there would just be nothing left for me in this world: nothing would have any meaning any more.

The thing is though, I can’t wrap my head around where you would get a notion like that. You mentioned getting the milk first, well, it doesn’t get much milkier than John 3:16, which tells me that Christ died for all of us. Also, that word which was translated in the King James as “nations” is ethnos. Ethnos is where we get the word ethnicity, and it means the same thing in Greek as it does in English. It means races. Jesus was commanding his disciples to preach His gospel to all the races of the world. Whoever has been teaching you your Bible, I’m sorry to say, they’ve got this matter exactly backwards.

I hope I haven’t upset you, friend. I just wanted you to know that Jesus loves you and everyone else, Jew or gentile, for there is no respect of persons (no favoritism) with God.

The resurrection is the crescendo and height of all of God's utterance to man in Christ. I only started to leave in peace when I began to understand the end game of God for the world in the resurrection.

The dead in his grave
Most of the dead are left in their graves until the Day of Resurrection. But there are two groups of the dead who will live a special life in an isthmus: those who choose to believe in their own will, and those who choose disbelief by their own will, and they are questioned.
God descends on each of them in his grave, two angels, to ask him about his Lord, who he worshiped, his religion, his prophet, his book that he recited, his religious leader, his age and how he spent, his money from where he earned, and how he spent. If he answered with truth, the angels gave him glad tidings to heaven. And if he answered unjustly, the angels announced him of fire.
On the Day of Resurrection, Israfil will blow into the Horn; Quran says: The Trumpet will be blown and all those in the heavens and all those on the earth will fall dead, except those Lord wills ˹to spare˺. Then it will be blown again and they will rise up at once, looking on ˹in anticipation˺.
Quran; On the Day when the earth will be changed to another earth and so will be the heavens, and they (all creatures) will appear before God, the One, the Irresistible.
The interpretation of this verse is that peoples after coming out of the grave will be different, and everything in this world will be new. Every person takes his scroll in which written what he did, whether small or great.
The Quran said: “When the scrolls are laid open. As for those who are given their record in their right hand, they will have an easy reckoning. And as for those who are given their record ˹in their left hand˺ from behind their backs, they will cry for ˹instant˺ destruction.
The oppressed people are those who cannot learn the religion or apply it due to a weakness of thought, illness or financial poverty. God accepts an excuse from them for being weak. They will not be held accountable and will enter Paradise.
Others are accounted for on the doctrinal and practical laws that the prophets communicated to the people, and each person is accountable only for his work. The polytheists are asked about what they did with the prophets, killing people unjustly, life, money, and about loving the followers of the prophets and messengers.
Doomsday witnesses
There will be several witnesses to the detriment of creation, including: God, the Prophet of every nation is a witness to his nation, where the deeds of people will be embodied in front of them, i.e.: the good deeds of man appear in a beautiful form of the blessings of Paradise, and the bad deeds appear, in the form of chains of fire. The human organs, such as: his tongue, hands, skin and feet, bear witness to the command of God. The angels bear witness. Every person has angels who accompany him since he reaches puberty, recording his good and bad deeds, and these angels bear witness to man on the Day of Resurrection. The spot on the ground bears witness to the accidents that occurred in it.

The Quran says about Day of Resurrection:
Do people think We cannot reassemble their bones?
Yes ˹indeed˺! We are ˹most˺ capable of restoring ˹even˺ their very fingertips.
Still people want to deny what is yet to come, asking ˹mockingly˺, “When is this Day of Judgment?”
But when the sight is stunned, and the moon is dimmed, and the sun and the moon are brought together, on that Day one will cry, “Where is the escape?”
But no! There will be no refuge.
On that Day all will end up before your Lord.
All will then be informed of what they have sent forth and left behind.
To your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence.
Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back.
Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, Even if he presents his excuses.

IN THE Quran God says;
By those [angels] who deliver a message.
As justification or warning,
Indeed, what you are promised is to occur.
So when the stars are obliterated
And when the heaven is opened
And when the mountains are blown away
And the messengers’ time ˹to testify˺ comes up—
For what Day was it postponed?
For the Day of Judgment.
Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
˹The disbelievers will be told,˺ “Proceed into that ˹Fire˺ which you used to deny!
Proceed into the shade ˹of smoke˺ which rises in three columns, providing neither coolness nor shelter from the flames.
This is a Day they will not speak, nor will they be permitted to offer excuses.
This is the Day of Judgment; We will have assembled you and the former peoples.
So if you have a scheme ˹to save yourselves˺, then use it against Me.”
Indeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs
And fruits from whatever they desire,
Surely this is how We reward the good-doers.
