As many know repubs are trying to rush in a new republican Justice...
as fast as they can ... not wanting to wait... like RBG wanted after elections ... I can not believe what some of these republican senators are saying ... some called Pamela Harries a freak show ... I say look in the mirror... as you associate yourself with this sitting president ... and the wrong that he has done ... all I have heard is why they want her in there fast ... they want her in for Trump so he thinks they can throw out some of his misdeeds ... they want her to be the vote... to take away the affordable care act ... which republicans have not come up with anything for the last four yrs... and much more ... this leaves the door open to all those who will benefit if when she is put in ... big pharma ... some of the republicans own senators businesses get more ..-> know more help... with preexisting conditions... even it we are in the middle of a pandemic ... they want to take away a women's right to choose... about her health care an her own body... will not cover birth control either and or mammograms no more cancer screenings so many large company's will profit off of her vote ...while being a supreme court justices ... like the wealthy have not had any $ in their pockets over the past few yrs an lately ... the greed... wants to go on and on ... while they put her in ... and people lost their small business... lost jobs ...that will never return for them ... say good by to your health care scrips will go up ... the coke brothers will once again take over every thing they can or one will ... might have to say good by to non traditional marriages in some states ... and what Ruth fought for all these yrs for women will go out the window and her voice will be silences ... she helped work for women voters ... to vote also in this country's ... + they do not want to follow the constitution ... an change it to suit them selves ... once again they live with the thought of trickle down ...as our country will have a great depression not seen like 2008 but worse ... way back ... as our grandparents an their grandparents where in ... the people in the country is what keep this country going ... trickle done does not work ... its trickle up ! taking care of people first not just a selective few... and they are trying to make voters stay in line for hrs to vote ... and putting threatening people in these voter centers again becouse they are black ... just vote ...it will count ... they are very important to change what is happening to us now and our children ... |

I am going to say if you give a damn about democracy... you will Vote for the man that will not take away your health care raise the rates or let anything not be covered that you might need to live ... Many in politics don't care ... they will not even wait till your funnel is over ... to replace a seat ... shaking my head ...they plan on having people at some polls with guns ... stand by and stand ready ... where have I heard that ? they don't care how many children eat or have a roof over their heads now or even go to school ... but they care about a fetus that does not have a heart yet ...an they make your dissensions for you ... by electing someone who just cares about seeing that things go the republican way ... for greed and money once more ... forget about those with no jobs that lost their jobs becouse of covid ... and pretty much lost everything ... those who died becouse our country did not act as fast as it should have ... and played games with peoples lives ... in the mean time ... not having thee whole country mandated to wear masks ... all at once ... oh its a given right ... and its a given right to intimidate people at the polls with guns now ... I am not one to say I told u so ... I just learn from some really smart people ... and so many others taking their life becouse of this ... they don't seem to care about mental health ... look how our veterans are treated ... they give metals of honer to their friends that are radio hosts ... not elderly veterans in the same freakin rm ... they could have given two ... but know my friend dying of cancer needs this more ... and i believe we all know what he thinks about our solders their looser and suckers ... guess that is the whole GOP that believes that also ... I am  becouse if some of these things are passed an these laws are broken ... it is really bad for American citizens ...and honesty I don't know why I even care ... guess its for the future of our kids ... the innocent ... |

In 2016, Ginsberg gave her opinion,
that a president has the Constitutional duty to nominate justices to the Supreme Court, to fill vacancies. Ginsberg, was very adamant, that a president is elected for four years, not three. Ginsberg, for her political biases, backpedaled her opinion, only after she realized, Trump would be the president to nominate her replacement. All the best to ACB. |

What does 'Justice is blind' mean?
Justice is blind means that justice is impartial and objective. when you have a person that is impartial that is call democracy ... when you have a person that is not impartial becouse of their background that is not a democracy that is based on a lie ... our own system has been compromised by rushing someone in to pull the wool over peoples eyes ... now this is what they are doing with Barrett... this has never happened in our history ... of politics an lots of of other things ... and she will be in their after some have already passed or will pass in the future ... but heard she has never worked on any cases ... this has been her life ... not saying is wrong ... but to put her in so fast ... and denying what has been coming out about her ... really is injustice to all of America ... ok now ...if she ran a school with catholic children and when Catholic children have gay parents ...she punishes the child because of their parents being gay ...would anyone like to send or have their child shamed like that or have decision made in behalf like that for them ... I believe that is wrong and doesn't she care what the American people want ... No! she can't stand down for one more wk or so after the elections ...
