Topic: Mobile app being problematic

Is anyone having issues with the mobile app? Like, it's seriously lagging and unaccessible most of the time? It's been going on since yesterday.

I normally use desktop but I logged into the app and it’s working well for me….no issues at all. Have you tried rebooting your device?

Yes I've rebooted my device. No change. I've even updated the app.

The only other suggestion I have is to clear the cache.

I stopped using the app awhile back because of tissues and issues. Now, I use browser and I have no issues at all. Sometimes updates actually slow down the app, but not updating at all becomes problematic for both the app and my phone. Also, many emojis, images and rules from forum games are not visible on the app, only once I started using browser did I realise that the app is redundant.

When it's really slow, I close app, then force stop app, then clear cache. Then wait 10 minutes, before opening app again.
