Express agreement, patience and mutual understanding. But it seems difficult for both parties to do this.

Im new here, I think it does exist.
You just have to LOOK for it. Its like finding an item you want on Amazon... and ignoring everything else. It involves Effort, time and honesty. |

Some Birds were Never Meant to be Caged.
Their Feathers are just too Bright. And When They Fly Away, the Part of You that Knew it was a Sin to have Locked Them Up Rejoices. But your World Then Becomes Sad and Empty.

I've always believed in it, found it too but it didn't last.
I still believe in it, but what I do see a helluva lot with men my age is that they demand way too many things. The image they have of a partner is too detailed, totally filled in. It leaves little room for... anything really. For instance, they play golf and expect & demand you play it too, or you have to learn it. They ride a motor bike and expect you to as well, or you will have to learn it. It's all 'must do this' and 'must have that' and must be this'. In the end you get something that no person can live up to. And why can't men simply keep an open mind and curiosity about who someone is and what they're like? Then there's a vast group that never had children. Their lifestyle isn't compatible as all they do is go to parties, festivals, concerts, hiking, sky-diving, more parties & festivals and so on. |
