Maybe you could upload a "headshot" photo to better show your face and eyes for people viewing on the website or on smaller screens. Also, it's good that you added to the headline, but could be shortened to be better. You have "Hi...i'm seeking to come together with a bubbly woman someone who really wants to enjoy life." To keep from hiding the extra text, you could shorten it to "Seeking a bubbly woman to enjoy life together"

Anyway, the women viewing on the app will easily see that you're a good-looking guy, and your intentions are good, so you should do alright. But for the missing headshot and lengthy headline, I rate it 8/10.
