Here is a story for you about me.

When I went to the University of North Texas there were 3 white frame houses in a row on Oak Street at Fry Street.

I’m remembering $247 a month. There were 4 lockable rooms. Everyone shared one bathroom and the kitchen.

I rented a vibratory Sander after I took up the carpet. The wooden floor was gorgeous.

Ha! I bought a stackable portable washer and dryer. I also bought a small freezer over refrigerator.

I lived there 3 years while I attended the Mathew’s college of Education with B average overall.

I drove school buses and worked part time at a 711 within walking distance of my bachelor pad.

I think back on this struggle with pride.

Ha my car at the time was one of the egg shaped stick shift Geo my dad co-signed so I could buy it. Dark Green. I loved that little car many people made fun of.

You’re not going to date just anybody. I’m made of some pretty tough stuff. No brag just fact.

I’ll never be rich. But I have moxie.
