I quit my 6 pack a day of Soda Drinking habbit. No Soda since August 21, 2006 grins

I stopped smoking for 8 months, then someone offered me a cigarette and I took it.

I quit smoking for about 8 months too and then family problems started. Then I went right back to smoking again....smoking sucks....I wish I could break it.....

When I quit i just took up chewng Gum... I go through ALOT of gum.

Well my quit date is January 18!!! I'm scared to death and hope I can do this. I want badly to stop smoking!
