HELL NO WITH A TRIPLE BYPASS!! this animal is one of the closest beings that is true to you in your heart...copine is dead now...my irish wolf found/german sheppard mix best friend,,she was so much a part of my life that when she did pass on..i placed her ..or a symbol of her on my left shoulder as a tatoo where she will be and live forever..in most times miss brenna..dogs ARE more loyal then any person on the face of this world. applauds all the way around at this table,, I'm gunna put his foot on a stamp pad put it on paper and take it down and get his foot tatooed on my foot! lol he is my baby....my only child! i told my mom my dog is the only grandchild she is getting out of me well not out of me bu tyou get my point lol yes miss brenna..i got the point...no bestialities.i gottcha  that is a wonderful idea..just as mine was. a tattoo will be there forever and when the misfortunate day should come when your child is gone,,then you can look at it and remember happy times in your life...copine was always with me,,i remember weekends behind the pincourt forrest,,i mean miles behind my parents home..dredging through the woods with a little backpack on my shoulders and carring a tent,,just so that i can spend a whole weekend there alone...without any fear what so ever...imagine this if you will...irish wolf hounds are the largest breeds of dogs in the world,and german sheppards are amoungst the most beautiful..in looks i mean not temperment...well copine had the looks of a complete german sheppard and the build of an irishe wolf hound...she was massive..no one can have ever felt fear when she was around you...unless you were the one that she was mad at of course..lollol take care fellow dog lover.. kol.. |

When I moved to Nevada to be with my (now) ex years ago.. I got in town with the U-haul... Brought the dog in, kissed my ex... took my car off the trailer and immediately repacked and went on a business trip out of town for a month or so.
When I got back, it was 3 a.m.. I opened the door to a growling Doberman/Shepard that kinda looked like my dog. It took a bit of convincing on my part, to keep him from ripping me a new a-hole. After he came to his senses and greeted me... he turned and ran into the bedroom, while I got my luggage. When I got into the bedroom...there he was in my half of the bed snuggled with my ex. When I tried to get him off the bed so I could get in... The growling started again. I gained one wife and lost one dog. |

Its not strange at all, untill Simba died 3 months ago, she slept at the foot of my bed EVERY nite, and If there was thunder or lightning, she was under the blankets in a heartbeat!!!

i sleep with my lab...... but when the other half of my bed isnt empty she sleeps on her dog bed in my room...she has to be invited to get up onto my bed.....

I agree with that.. The pup is awesome.. My pup has jellousy issues though. If i have the other half tryin to get filled up he will try to get inbetween the two of usand put his back to me and try to push her off the bed. |

I honestly don't understand what's with some guys and their dislike of animals, particularly dogs. I always hear of couples having trouble because one of them has a pet dog, and it's usually the guy who has a problem with it. Hell, if I had a girlfriend who made me choose between her and my doggy, I would kick her to the curb (not literally). I think a true mate would never ask you to choose.
