Long distance relationships are easiest for independent people. As long as you can be satisfied with phone calls and the occasional visit, I don't see why it couldn't work. But if there's a future to the relationship, someone is going to have to move eventually. In that case, you better make sure you really like the person because going from 80% alone time to 10% alone time is a HUGE adjustment.

I have been in a LDR before and then 6 months later they moved to NC. Awesome 5 years.. Shall see where the future takes me next... and to whom.

Im trying it with a texan we will see how it goes...but were are fairly confident...we arent being unrealistic about it. We know that if we really want it to work one of us will have to be willing to move...and we are ok with that....so for now..one day at a time
