There are 7 girls
Each girl has 7 backpacks.
there are 7 big cats in each backpack.
there are 7 kittens for each big cat

there are in total, 49 backpacks.
therefore there are 343 large cats.
making that 2401 small cats.

each girl has 2 legs, 7 girls, 14 legs.

then the amount of big cats x4 cause they have 4 legs,so you have 1372
plus
then the same for the kittens,so you get 9604
then you just add.
10990
