I realy have no idea what type of Bizzaro world some of these folks live in. I have no idea why the church lady thinks I dont want to work, my only point was that I dont have a great eduaction and my typing is self taught somehow that turned into I want a socialist government? well I am comforted that 70% of america feels as I do despite the vocal minority who cling to an antique idea of religion and that the government can do no wrong.....I am in the solid majority and am stunned by some of these responces. well thats all for now after my great day at work were I am so proud to contribute to society I am off for now tending to the needs of my family, first I am takeing my daughter for an abortion, then my son and I are going to throw rocks at some passing trainslaugh

Yes I am sure leaving the middle east will help us find Bin Laden.

Yes, I believe that someone attacking our country is a declaration of war against us. Some people may think its ok for us to ignore it, but I think it would be an insult to the people who died and especially the ones who died rescuing others if we did nothing after the attack.

Chaz,

This is from your post:

"Who cares if they had WMDs or not. They attacked our soil and we launched a counter offensive."

Tell me. Do you honestly still believe that Sadaam Hussein was responsible for 9/11?

It was Bin Laden who claimed in not Hussein.

No I said Bin Laden claimed to attack us. One of our original goals upon entry was to find Bin Laden. I support our original entry. They eventually captured Saddam which is a positive. As to what they are doing now, if you want me to be perfectly honest I don't really know and don't really care. I figure the government isn't just over there blowing billions of dollars for nothing. There would also be nothing I could do about it either. There are other things that affect my life more than whats going on in Iraq. Its just something people talk about to complain about the government which is all this thread, and any other thread from mad that I have seen, is about.

Thank you for the following comment:

"Yes, I believe that someone attacking our country is a declaration of war against us. Some people may think its ok for us to ignore it, but I think it would be an insult to the people who died and especially the ones who died rescuing others if we did nothing after the attack."

My son is a volunteer Fireman/EMT. His volunteer (meaning they did it out of their own love and compassion for human life and fellow peers, not getting one cent for their time and effort) fire department went to NY to help with the "clean up" for a lack of better words, and to assist in the search for the deceased individuals and firemen, paramedics/emts, and policemen and others who died in their efforts to rescue the individuals in the Twin Towers. He cannot talk about what he witnessed, and had problems when they returned home from what he experienced.

So, to all of these pathetic excuses of human beings that have posted their moronic views against the USA and President George W. Bush, I am stepping out of my realm of Christianity to send this message:

"You all may shove it where the sun don't shine." If you hate the United States of America so badly - save yourselves the continual stress and GET OUT!!!

You hypocritical beings are a total disgrace to those who fought for your freedom of speech and DIED during the process of maintaining this beloved freedom, and especially those who DIED trying to rescue those who were killed during the 9/11 attack.

May God have mercy on your souls, because only He can extend such mercy, I, as a mere human being, cannot exhibit such mercy upon you people.

Don't worry about my stepping out of my realm of Christianity for my moment of 'human' response; that is between my Lord and Savior and myself, and He knows what is truly in the "heart" of everyone. You cannot run or hide from HIM.

laugh noway I cannot believe those who really truly believe that we had any right at all to attack Iraq for 9/11??!!! Wake up people you have been fooled!!!!

As for the religious right he made a fool of you all too and I guess you are sitting well with that.

The only defense you have for foolishly following blindly the devil as he took us down to hell is that "us" liberals have no patriotism or answer to your god. I don't even call myself a liberal so that is not an insult for me and I answer to no god so that is no skin off my nose. I do however consider myself an American and I am ashamed of my fellow Americans for in their blood thirstyness they did not think to stop shrub from taking lives that had nothing to do with 9/11. I want the perpetrator of 9/11 to pay for the American lives he took and I think everyone else should feel the same. That would be patriotic. At least in my eyes it would be.

I support our troops. It is not their fault our illustrious baby shrub is an idiot and illegally attacked a country that had nothing to do with 9/11. It is not their fault that we failed to stop the shrub from taking our country down the toilet. The troops are doing the best they can with what they were given to do. No blame here for them.

Well, considering that he was in Afgan and we have already been there all this time. Noone wanted him obviously. Our illustrious baby shrub wanted Saddam and that is who we got. But all of this is over 9/11 and Saddam and Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. So that leaves us standing as illegal occupyers and illegal attackers and that sucks for us to have to wear that badge because of baby shrub.

For those people in the war, wouldn't the time spent bickering on here about whether or not we belong in the war, be better spent praying for them? That is, those people that believe in God. I myself do not but that is my business. I don't believe anyone has the right to tell people that God isn't real.

I honestly hope the war end soon. Somedays I think abou movinf to Canada or Switzerland, they are generally neutral nations, esp Switzerland.

No one disputs that Al-Q is in Iraq right now or that they have been for some time? I think old Georgie is a genius - A horrible dictator is DEAD (hung and not a one of the Arab nations shed a single tear) and he drew Al-Q out of hiding and our great soldiers have slaughtered them as they came by the thousasnds.

What a genius to pick that battlefield.

Guess others on here would rather have the battle on US soil.

If McCain gets elected the age of terroism will be over!!!
