I told my friend Id write a book
But my head was in a spin- Wasnt sure if I was going out Or if I had just come in. He was a man like no other I found him gentle and true I was caught in a whirlwind Not quite sure what I should do. Engulfed by feelings I tried to sort I found myself drawn to him more. But alas he lived far away- Wish I could see his face at my door. He was a photo and font on a page but that didnt stop me from caring and It only grew bigger and better the more we kept on sharing. The distance almost gave safety somehow but it gave me sadness too. Id have to e-mail the book in chapters Until the whole thing was through. Would we make it to the end? Would he understand the plot All I knew was that I must try And give it all Ive got. So when he sees the X-large e-mail. Maybe he'll give it a real long look Because the story may be about him When I finally write him that book. |
