      What do you do to keep fit.Me i got a indoor bike.I ride it 15 min a day  total of 4 miles.Also a row machine that i am learning,still deciding if i like the type i got. | |

      I workout on weights at the gym and at home....I jog and ride my  bike...does walking my dog count....? | |

      The gym!! I love the elliptical, and the weight machines, I do 45  minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes of weights, But the last 2 weeks I have kind of slouched off. :O( Thank gosh tomorrow is a new day to get back into the gym! | |

      i lifted weights for years and loved it but age and damage from military  said i got to change so i like the bike and will work myself back to military condition.I will use free weights latter after strength increases. | |

      sex is the best but.. when in a dry spell I hike.. usually do 2-3 miles every morning with me pooch :o) that and chase the kids....... | |
