holy chit.. I got tinnitus too.. crazy huh..
I also have Vitiligo.. which means I can't go sunbathing.. not like I ever did.. can't sit still long enough  but it's a real pain in the butt in the warm weather.. specially when I'm building or doing something outside when the sun's shining.. even tho there's a cream with 110 SPF.. it only lasts about 10 mins on me before I start to feel like my skins on fire so.. long pants, long sleeves, special hats that cover my neck & face.. can't have anything exposed.. and why I need to have that roof on my deck.. once I get that up I can install my roll up wooden (bamboo) blinds for when the sun is lower.. plus I've already got the outdoor ceiling fan too ready to install.. so I'll finally be able breathe a sigh of relief while enjoying the outdoor country air..
I've tried specialists for all my chit.. nothing worked so I've adapted.. also.. not on FB (nor do I wanna be) so that's a thanks but no thanks option LOL.. anywho.. I manage fairly well none the less.. I've gotten myself to a point I can get up on a 6' step ladder without feeling dizzy now.. all just using the power of the ol'brain.. but I DO appreciate your suggestions, thank you!

I enjoy a good Military type show.. don't recall "SIX" tho.. hmm.. did watch all 7 of the Seal Team seasons.. if anyone likes spy shows there's the Night Agent that's starting S03 soon.. I'll see if I can find "SIX" tho to check out.. thanks TxsGal 
Six is showing on Fawesome.. it is a Roku channel that is free.. I don't pay for any channels but with Roku there is lots of free movies to watch.. I can't find either S01 nor S02 of SIX TxsGal.. I don't have any cable/streaming service at all.. I share a site with my eldest and we download whatever we want, when we want.. usually lots of stuff from every channel is avail.. just can't find SIX.. weird.. lol |

mine will consist (later) of scrambled eggs, bacon, homemade hashbrowns (with garlic'n diced onions), waffles and pancakes served up with real Quebec Maple Syrup..
I actually ate the last few sausages for supper on Thursday

FYI: There is a bit of a flaw when it comes to page numbers, and that is..a long thread will have had (probably) some removed posts which the protocol counts, refusing to flip until the actual count is reached..I might guess that about 7 posts were deleted along the way, as that is how many it had to overcome to flip ;-)  Soufie
makes total sense considering what's disappeared recently

we had one of those snowfalls last winter.. snow up the wah-zoo.. took me 6 days to shovel my driveway to get my car out
snowblower pooped out on me cuz it wasn't strong enough to handle the heavy, deeper than it, snow..
problem round here is.. houses are so far apart (about a 1/4 mile away if not more) that "neighbors" don't really get to know each other.. most mainly stick to themselves and rarely offer to help each other out.. so no one bothered to offer helping me dig myself out.. not even the rent-a-plows.. guess they were too busy
prior to that was about 20 yrs ago.. woke to the patio door completely covered in snow AND the front door was 3/4's covered.. we tossed my youngest out the front door to go to the shed to get the shovels.. took her almost an hour.. I kept calling out to make sure she was still with us suffice to say no one did anything but shovel for the next few days after

I have lived in Texas almost all of my life so snow is something we very seldom see if we do it only last a couple of days... But I did live in Kearney Nebraska for a year when I was 12. They had one of the worst snow falls they had had in a long time that year.. It was awesome.. yes snow drifts were so tall it was unreal.. The house next door to us the snow drifts were all the way to the eves of the house.. My brother and his friends were jumping off the peak of our house into the snow drift in the backyard.. Remember getting up and opening the front enclosed porch door and the snow had covered the door way.. My brother had to climb out a window to go clear the snow from the front door.. And uncovering my dad's car so he could go to work.. As much as I enjoy looking at it for a short time not sure I could for several weeks.. Ya tough girl doing all that shoveling.. I ain't tough.. I'm simply Canadian and used to it..

Glad I never have to shovel snow, pfff... We had 2-3 days of snow here in January. Which is quite something for the south west, right next to the North Sea. Once was barely 2cm, didn't even cover everything, 2nd time it was about 12cm, allowing me to make a small snowman, hihi. The next day it had collapsed as it temperatures had gone up again. Leaving me with a shawl and a cap on the ground, haha. Right now it's some 11C and the sun is shining. Finally some sunlight again!  I am so JEALOUS.. right now here? it's -22C but feels like -32C 🥶
upside on this winter? snow's been mainly powder which is so easy to shovel.. however can't have snowball fights or build any snowmen..

started A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.. I cringed a few times and looked away once so far (when they killed a horse) *shivers* yeah.. not into animal cruelty even if "no animal was hurt during filming*.. some things just can't be unseen.. aside from that.. interesting story.. supposed prequel to Game of Thrones.. never got into that series tho..
so I got thru all 4 ep so far.. story's starting to pick up.. have to wait till next week for ep 5 tho..
