oops.. made a few "quote" booboos.. (almost made another by just typing boobs) "Zee": Oh, absolutely. The humility really seals the deal. A Freudian slip dodged by a single "b" and double "o's"; though to be fair, 'boobs' would have certainly made a memorable typo.  I shoot from the hip.. I screw up? I own it.. and the freudian slip was dodged by double "o's" there's 2 b's in boobs LOL there.. I typed it

That is the best news I have heard today gf... I had that happen twice on my PT Cruiser I'm so happy it was just the shifter cable.. I'm doing the happy dance for you.. Ohh and yes I can still dance hahahah.. 
 thank's TG.. I'm doin the happy dance too.. I KNEW ma 'girl' wasn't on her last legs.. and thank GAWD I didn't give up on her.. it WAS touch'n go there for a bit.. the stress was really getting to me.. as you well know.. but thankfully it's all worked out in the end.. YAY

Good to hear about your "trans" problem. You have a lot of critters around your house. Did one of them chew through a wire? That's happened to me a couple of times. I won't say it's NOT possible cuz yer right.. got lotsa critters round here.. but who knows.. all I DO know is what he told me.. faulty wire.. YAY what a friggen relief phew... |

GOOD NEWS.. FINALLY.. only took like 7 days and me busting my mechanics gonads while repeatedly telling him it ISN'T the TRANY.. it wasn't.. it's electrical.. just like I told him..  men.. FINALLY he listened.. he could've saved me a few hundred IF he'd listened in the beginning.. I'll remind him of that tomorrow when he comes to drop off my car.. yup.. HE'S bringing it to MY home that's how bad he feels about fugging up..

Only here to find how odd it is, that two ladies cannot muster up any more volunteers to help bury Slim , who is totally not guilty of anything....but guessing they wanna get Slim out on his own to do God knows what with him ....hmmmm! BTW I think I found that camera I was looking for ....its made in Japan.
pffft.. we don't need back up ta handle you Slim.. even the guilty will proclaim innocence if they THINK it'll get'em outta trouble... neither I nor TG are THAT gullible

smart gamblers know when to walk away....and I put myself in that category!!! Kayaking on the other hand is fine but you have to know how to thread water or swim , in case you topple into the water....sketch situation ....life jackets helps , if you have one ... first time for everything huh.. using "smart" and "gamblers" together in the same sentence.. I grew up on a lake so canoeing, sailing, boating, water skiing and swimming were our downtime pass times.. I've gone into the brink a few times with AND without a life jacket.. I'm still here
which reminds me.. OT: tacking & heeling while sailing.. exhilarating.. |

it's pouring rain here.. well.. another day done.. another weekend over.. hope everyone enjoyed it..

good luck with that. the newer cars are good only for the fact, you can find out for yourself, using tools that plug in to your cars on board computer, whats wrong . Then tell them what to fix ....most times .. A career as a VP.....good for you ! Was that in Sears..?? nope.. not sears pffft.. I was in furniture retail.. bedrooms, livingrooms, kitchens & appliances.. all high end/boutique.. I had a blast.. ex couldn't stand that.. plus I'd even sleep in my showrooms if I was at an out of town location.. the beds were comfier than the hotel rooms LOL.. I was also the interior designer and traveled across North America to 'shows' as a buyer.. OT: I would not have let certain people push me around |
