I have had bronchitis for over a week now and the meds the doctor gave me are knocking me out!! I sit down to type something and my eyes close and I feel myself falling over on my chair!! I guess they know what they are talking about when all three of them say "may cause drowiness". Not to mention the typos I have to go back and fix due to my fingers on the keys while I am falling asleep.
 TheCaptain was having fun laughing at me last night as I was falling asleep on webcam.

I am taking Tylenol with codine, Allegra-D, and amoxicillin, and one other pill.....They are working because I can breathe without coughing now, but I am sleepy all the time!
And Jon is coming in eight days, and I still have things to do around the house!! |

Talk to your doctor about it. Sometimes if you're having unwanted side effects they'll switch you out to a new medication, and maybe that one will have fewer side effects.

take the amoxicillan but use the other stuff before bed......

oh and if you have a cool mist humidifier that helps too!

Thanks everyone, I am feeling better and I only have a couple days left on the meds, so I will be okay. I am off today and Thur. So I don't have to worry about driving anywhere.
