I have tried to take SOME friendships here to another platue
And have found them to have tried to twist or lie or mis-lead me as to who or what THEIR really like.
WHY do so many TRY to DO THAT??
Knowing that THEIR TRUTH will come out!

And when CAUGHT in their twist, THEY act like SO-WHAT? Its just a little lie...WTF???Or,,,I just FORGOT to MENTION "THAT"???

Too many people can't be true to themselves, let alone other people. I have friends who are now acquaintances because I could stand them lying to me and after being caught not thinking it was any big deal.
Karma will come back around to those that can't be true to anyone at some point and time.
There is someone out there that will be honest with you about who they truely are.

They do that because they feel so secure sitting behind a computer screen that no one will ever find out what they are unwilling to be truthful about.

I agree with you...everything eventually floats to the top. I am 100% honest with everyone. I have done things that I am not proud of and I have done things that I am proud of. I think that when starting a conversation with someone, it is not proper to air the dirty laundry. Eventually, when you get to know each other there should be open communication and honesty. I feel if there is something that is in the past and can be detramental to a relationship...it should be laid out on the table. For example...a woman does not have her kids because she abused them and the guy has kids..they guy should have that right to know something serious like that right off the bat.

I hear ya...It's my general policy to be as upfront as possible at all times. Your right, sooner or later the truth always comes out. I think some people say what they want to be instead of what or who they are. They would save themselves so much grief if they were just honest. You will never find someone to love, or someone to love you if everything is build on lies and misrepresentation. I think the Internet makes it so easy and tempting to just be something your not and the next thing you know it's snowballed out of control. It's very difficult at that point to just say oops, that really isn't who i am, now let me tell you who i really am. It's an easy trap to fall into. Try to give people a little slack. Life is much easier that way. And try not to take it personally, usually the person misrepresenting themselves feel bad enough.

 I THINK thats my BIG problem,,I GIVE TO MUCH "SLACK", and then find that I CAN'T keep on over-looking the small mis-leading things and then tell them we are NOT working out very good as LOVERS, we made BETTER FRIENDS..
But the TIME involved with coming to THAT conclusion,,,is TIME I wish I had NOT WASTED on someones lies!

honestly...follow your intuition. You will rarely go wrong if you just listen to instincts. To many of us ignore our intuition and see or focus on what we want to see or believe.
