I play the Keyboard, i know, everyone thinks its "80s" stuff, but now its called workstations. Got a Roland Fantom X-8, Korg M3, and a Casio wk-1630. I use them to create house music and techno.

Been playing guitar for years, and back in college did the band thing. . .

Nowadays, mostly for family functions or friend get togethers, do I bother setting up the rig. My son's learning guitar and becoming way better than I was at 9.

Mostly rock, country, blues, country-rock, classic rock. The kid, he's into punk/pop/ska.

I play the congas and other small percussion in a Latin band. When I lived in Denver did 8 years with a traditional African dance troupe.

I've been playing guitar for about 20 years. I used to do the band thing, but it never went anywhere (wanting to do originals), so now I'm dedicating my time to recording. I'm mainly into rock/bluesy rock, but play whatever moves me.

Started playing guitar when I was 11... i'm 23 now and wish I had stuck to learning about guitar theory more because I'm still pretty useless as anything besides a rhythm guitarist.

I also play bass, drums (poorly, but it's actually probably the instrument I enjoy playing the most), and I mess around with other stuff when I have access to it. I can also play the spoons (as someone else mentioned) and was taught by the best. lol

I've always wanted to learn to play piano.

I've done some amateur recording, mostly in my own living room with what I have available to me, but a bunch of it is on myspace. A bunch more of it is on a CD that I've burned and have made liner notes for, and I've distributed among my friends and family.

have a listen, let me know what you think, and if you like it, add me as a friend or something.

I play bass and sing in one of the local bands here in town. Been playing guitar and bass for the better part of my adult life. I've co-written and recorded numerous originals with my guitarist, but since we haven't a clue what to do with them, it ends up just another in the collection, and we move on to the next. We realized that we weren't to be rock stars, long ago, so we do mostly cover songs in the band, frEAk fLAg, and hock ourselves out to the local clubs.
I've just put up a my space page for the band this week, and it has a couple of live recordings that are, if nothing else, good sound quality and an excellent representation of what our band is all about. If you have the time, (or desire) to check it out, I'd love any opinions or feedback we get!drinker
myspace/freakflagpage hope that's correct!ohwell

Oh, are turntables instruments? haha. I use them too. I have 2 Pioneer CDJ1000's and 2 Technics 1200's and a Pioneer 600 mixer, Serrato scratch live 5.0 and tons of vinyl of old school hip hop, trance, techno, and house.
