i.e- you get extremely happy but rarely depressed. You get extremely depressed and rarely happy, et. al.

Melancholic most of the time, depressed other times, rarely happy.

I've already done the hell and back theme... For the most part I'm just laid back and try to find excitement in everything I do now

usually happy and positive. rarely depressed but when I do get depressed it tends to last for a few days.

Hmmmm.... I don't know about happy but I always try to be in a good mood. I like to make others feel good too... and THAT makes me happy. So I guess I am happy... even when I am depressed... But when I say depressed I mean depressed. The kind that last for months and months. Not just in a bad mood most of the time. I just Dr. Phil-ed myself... I feel so violated... by me.

even if i was in solitary confinement, i always make do with the positive side, there's always solace in the contemplative places in your mind, if you can think about what could be worse, such as being burned alive, having your skin ripped off, chopped up and disemboweled, the alternative of just about anything, sounds a might bit better. so, it easy for me to be happy, just on that sad note.
