So I ran into an old friend I haven't seen in a few years and she said... damn girl you got fat! Yeah ,Yeah ,I put on somewhat of a spare tire this year blushing ...anyways with spring around the corner ..I was just wondering whats the easiest way to flatten the tummy and the waist area ( I don't wanna loose weight or any other areas..lol)

Put down the fork one bite sooner and run, use stairs not elevator and park out at the end of the parking lot

I must say....The wings in Buffalo are the best! The pizza also...Good eats in Buffalo!

I can see how easy it would be to add a few pounds living there, so dont let it bother you...You will work it off drinker

Neither. First you need to burn the fat. The muscles under the fat will get tight with the sit ups and the crunches, but the spare tire will be there unless you burn it. Combine cardio with a few abdominals, lower your caloric intake (1500 - 1700 cal) A good cardio exercise is walking for 30 minutes daily. Food will make 60% of the weight loss, and exercise the rest. So, whoever said "put the fork down" is right.

Good luck to you. flowerforyou

aerobics.....you must lose weight all around, to lose the weight there....you can't really target it, it must be a part of a full body workout
