If you can stand to listen to music most of the time then we could get on well. My handsome Labradors Merckx & Dylan are my boys & my best mates but they have mentioned to me lately that they could do with a woman in their life's! (Update 8 December 2018 - Unfortunately my very dear old friend Merckx passed away nearly two weeks ago at 12 years old. He's very much missed). So it's now just Dylan & I to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening whilst watching the sun go down listening, of course, to music. I love the non existent pace of life in France and try and live up to it. Upfront, honest and says it as it is, that's what my friends say anyway. Some say rude, I say truthful & sincere! Retired early because I had twenty six years in the Royal Navy & felt I deserved it after defending the UK shores against potential foreign invaders, I like to think I was successful as the UK was never invaded during my time in the RN....! So I'm a pensioner, not yet an OAP though! I've been told that I'm a youngish 62 & I'm very keen to fully encourage that!
