About jaynfla
Here's a little bit of info about me.   Born in Daytona Beach FL in '76 and lived there for 27 years.  Yes, I'm and actual Floridiot!  LOL. The memories that I have from there include 4 weeks of racing in Jan/Feb beginning with the Rolex 24 hour race.  I think it one of the best races because you can get there 12 hours before the race and stay 12 hours after the race which give you two days to camp out in the infield and have fun while cars are going around you over 200+ mph.  Good times!  After that NASCAR comes in town and stays for 3 weeks.  Every been to the Daytona 500?  Again, fun times, nothing like hanging out with good old fashion country boys. If thats not fun then we have the Harley's in town for two weeks in March.  Love chilling with the bikers!  If you know one you know what I mean. I have to say the most interesting thing there is the coleslaw wrestling. ;)   After that is 2.5 months of Spring Break, really!  They come from everywhere and it just depends when their week for break is.  My most favorite memory was in the late 80's going to MTV when they visited us. You know, the MTV Spring Break Party that use to be on TV.  Yep, I was there and on TV, and yes, I was suppose to be in school but I couldn't help myself, I wanted to play however paid dearly, those darn belts get ya every time.  After Spring Break was another week of racing "Pepsi 400 which is now the Coke 400".  Then in October is another week for the Harley's called Biketoberfest. As you can see there was always something going on which meant plenty of opportunities to get in trouble.  Graduated in '95 from Mainland High, the same year as Vince Carter, if you watch the NBA you probably know whom I talking about. He took us to the championships and wow, what an amazing player.  Went to college at ITT Tech in Orlando for Electronics Engineering while working full time and helping out with Sabrina, she's the 18 year old daughter that I claim because I've been there for her since she was 16 months. Recently, like in the last month, she called me and asked if she can move in due to personality conflicts with her mom. I completely understood so I let her and her boyfriend move in.  I'm trying to help her out with car car and getting enrolled with college. Hopefully she will become this amazing person, and all grown up soon. She already is amazing but I want her dreams and happiness to come true.  My son, Michael is 14 and still lives with his mom in Cleveland. He wants to live with her so I'm letting it be.  I'm here if he ever needs me, I try to visit him ever 2 to 3 weeks for the weekend as my job allows.  I started my career in technology back in 96 working as a contractor for Time Warner Cable. Central FL was one of the test markets for fiber cable which allows us to get those amazing fast Internet speeds that we all have now.  Remember the old dial-up days, wow, that brings back memories!  From there worked for many companies and made it all the way up to director level, granted it was a small company and didn't pay a lot however it was a great experience.  Moved to Ohio in '03 for a consultant position in Cleveland. I can see your mind thinking now, FL to Cleveland!  Yes, it's true, I posted my resume on the Internet and I took the first offer. After looking back, I'm so glad I did because I wouldn't be where I'm at now without it.  Worked for the firm for two years then found a job in Columbus and moved there and here I am!  What a journey that life dishes out and the outcome is what you put into it.   While in Ohio I've focused on Technical Certifications which helped me land the amazing job that I have now with Express Fashion as a Technology Consultant specializing in Unified Communication with Cisco Systems.  You know those commercials "The Human Network", that's me!   I'm looking for friendship first with possible dating, then see where destiny will bring us. I'm open for talking, chatting, hanging out, or going somewhere fun and exciting. I'm a pretty laid back person that tries to find humor all around me. It's everywhere!  My biggest turn-on is respect followed by the core values that was implanted into my brain as a child.   Well here ya go, this is me and I'm truly unique.  ~Jen
