I'm shy to begin with. Once i get to know you, and trust you, that's when I really come out of my shell. I'm a Briggs-Myer INFJ, and it fits me to a "T". I can be very self critical, but it keeps me striving to improve myself. I pay attention to everything, often catching things that many others miss. I prefer a couple of friends over large gatherings of acquaintances. Large groups of people tend to 'wear' me down emotionally, quickly. I value my alone time as a chance to recharge my emotional 'batteries', but I also have my moments where I'm very outgoing. I manage a pizzeria, and my employees describe me as focused, driven, empathetic, and always giving 110% to anything that I'm doing. I have a "mentor" style of management, rather than 'authoritative'. I'd rather ask, than tell, but they will also say that I don't put up with any BS either, and can spot a liar a mile away. In my private life, I'm very quiet. I keep my circle of friends very small, preferring quality over quantity. But if your in that circle, I will move heaven and earth to help you out. I am a voracious reader, having a fair sized library of my own. I love learning new things, especially about people, and will spend hours upon hours online studding something new. I'm really not into 'small talk', preferring to dive into the deep meaningful, philosophical, conversations as quick as possible. I am always the person asking "why?". I can be very "intense", especially when you have my undivided attention. In my relationships, I prefer passion and confidence. Anything that allows me to be intimate with my partner is my go to. I like to stay active, and seek someone who also is active and wants to wring every last experience out of life, rather than possessions. I'm looking for someone who gets me on all levels, and is patient enough earn my trust. I'm into 'doing' as much as 'talking', so would prefer someone within a few hours of St Louis, but if we really 'click', then distance is not an issue, within reason of course.
