I enjoy many things: live theatre in both small and large venues, Mirvish, Shaw, little theatre. Clical music and then I switch over to rock and roll. Yoga is relaxing and soothing unless I get into the jock, strenuous session. In between I do chef school. Chopping and slicing all those veggies, meats and fish but my signature dish is Memphis rub pork ribs done on the barbie, then ossi buco comes a close second with a risotto side. And, keeping trim is important. Maintenance load at 8k runs, 1 hr swims and 1hr trainer rides. I still look fresh after a half-Ironman....70.3miles. Anyone want to join me in the Resolution Run? ...ok that's Jan 1. What about before?
