Hi, I’m 👋 Single mum to one amazing little one, and a passionate baker by day (and sometimes night!). Nothing beats the smell of fresh scones or a perfectly gooey chocolate cake coming out of the oven. Scottish by adoption and heart — I’ve fallen in love with the hills, the humour, and yes… the whisky too 😉 When I’m not whipping up treats or chasing my wee one, you’ll find me curled up with a great movie or belting out my favourite tunes.
